Classes focus on strength, control, coordination and movement variety - building strong athletic foundations without the pressure of traditional team sports.

We welcome all abilities, all experience levels and all body types.
Whether your child thrives in sport or prefers something different, there’s a place for them here.

What They'll Learn

Our Youth Movers/Teen classes focus on strength, movement quality, and skill development, giving teens a supportive space to challenge themselves, build capability, and move with confidence.

  • Handstands and advanced handstand drills

  • Cartwheel progressions and inversion skills

  • Bridges, mobility, and flexibility

  • Gymnastics rings and upper body strength work

  • Core strength and bodyweight conditioning

  • Locomotion, flow, and movement combinations

  • Balance, control, and body awareness

  • Progressive strength-based skill training

What to Expect in Class

  • Strength and conditioning circuits designed for growing bodies

  • Agility, coordination, and movement challenges

  • Skill progressions, including climbing, balance, control, and body awareness

  • Team-based challenges that build leadership and connection

  • A high-energy finish that reinforces resilience and self-belief

Structured stations developing power, coordination, control and movement quality.

3.Challenge & Reset

A high-energy team challenge to apply skills, build connection and finish strong.

Timetable (45 min classes):
Monday, Wednesday and Friday

4.35pm

Pricing: $25 per week ($90 Annual Membership Fee)

Join anytime during term.
Make-up tokens never expire while enrolled.

Open 50 weeks per year
Closed only over Christmas & New Year

All bookings and payments are managed through our secure Parent Portal (iClassPro).
