Classes focus on strength, control, coordination and movement variety - building athletic foundations without the pressure of traditional team sports.

We welcome all abilities, all body types and all experience levels.
Whether your child thrives in sport or prefers something different, there’s a place for them here.

What They'll Learn

Our 8–12 Movers classes are designed to challenge growing kids with progressive skill development, strength work, and movement variety in a fun and supportive environment.

  • Handstands and cartwheel progressions

  • Acrobatics, including rolls, bridges, and walkovers

  • Gymnastics rings and upper body strength

  • Locomotion and flow combinations

  • Balance, coordination, and control

  • Obstacle challenges and movement conditioning

  • Core strength, mobility, and body awareness

  • Skill combinations that build resilience and capability

What to Expect in Class

  • Strength and conditioning circuits tailored for growing bodies

  • Coordination and agility challenges

  • Movement skill progressions, including climbing, balancing, and control work

  • Team-based challenges that build resilience and leadership

  • Fun movement games and challenges to finish strong

A dynamic and engaging program where kids can build movement quality, develop strength, skills, and the confidence to tackle new challenges through movement.

Every class wraps up with a high-energy team game that reinforces the skills of the day - building strategy, connection and confidence while finishing on a win

Timetable (45 min classes):
Monday 3.45pm
Tuesday–Friday 4.35pm
Saturday 9.50am

Pricing: $24 per week ($90 Annual Membership Fee)

Join anytime during term.
Make-up tokens never expire while enrolled.

Open 50 weeks per year
Closed only over Christmas & New Year

All bookings and payments are managed through our secure Parent Portal (iClassPro).
