A structured movement class designed to build confidence and independence - parents are welcome, but children are encouraged to explore on their own.
Where movement meets connection
Mini Movers is where children begin to move more independently - climbing, balancing, rolling and exploring in a calm, structured environment.
Coaches guide each class while encouraging children to try, problem-solve and build confidence on their own. Parents are welcome, but not required to participate.

All classes are led by qualified coaches with current Working With Children Checks
What They'll Learn
Our Preschool Movers classes introduce young children to structured movement in a fun, supportive environment, helping them build strong foundations for future learning and physical confidence.
Fundamental movement skills
Balance, coordination, and body control
Jumping, landing, and spatial awareness
Rolls and early gymnastics foundations
Handstand and cartwheel readiness
Climbing, hanging, and upper body strength
Obstacle courses and movement games
Listening, independence, and confidence in class

A playful and progressive class that helps preschoolers build skills, independence, and a love of movement.
How each class flows
1. Warm Welcome
We begin with an engaging movement game to warm up bodies and focus attention.
2. Guided Play
Coach-led stations build strength, balance and coordination while encouraging children to explore and try independently.
3. Calm Close
We finish with a structured wind-down so children leave regulated, proud and ready for the rest of their day.
