TWO NEW SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS on Wednesday 1st & 8th October!

Our INTRO TO MOVEMENT WORKSHOP is the perfect opportunity to see what we are all about, showcasing our core movements like cartwheels, handstands, rings and locomotion ensures lots of variety and fun for everyone! All levels of ability are welcome. Suitable for age 4- 12.

Our GYMNASTICS RINGS & HANDSTANDS WORKSHOP takes a deeper dive into two of our favourite skills! Suitable for all levels as each skill is scalable. Perfect for both our current members and new friends 🙂
