My 2 daughters (7 and 4) have been going to TMC Kids Movement classes for over a year now and they both love it. The teachers are all knowledgeable and relate so well to the kids. There is a lot of variety in the sessions which I think is really important to hold the kids interest in the long term as well as exposing them to many different forms of movement. We also find the 45 min class time perfect for our kids. I highly recommend TMC to anyone with young kids and suggest the parents take a look at the adult classes so they can keep up with them!

We find that TMC kids provides an environment where my son is challenged beyond what is provided in many of his mainstream sporting activities.
It is for this reason I believe the sessions at TMC are a perfect fit for the sport he also enjoys, ie AFL, soccer etc.
The strength and flexibility training providing at TMC aligns perfectly with his other sports and will continue to enhance his AFL and soccer skills.
I also like that TMC kids is a disciplined yet fun environment for kids. There’s no pressure as far as competing, concerts etc especially for those children that already have enough going on.
Plus - he LOVES doing handstands and cartwheels.... what kid doesn’t love nailing tricks (or at least attempting to nail them)
