At TMC KIDS, we believe movement is more than just exercise – It’s a pathway to confidence, creativity, and community. Our Youth Movers/Teen class is designed specifically for our TEENS and DEDICATED MOVERS who wish to train up to 3 times per week and are ready to take their physical skills to the next level.
What to Expect
- Exciting Workouts: Each class is packed with strength-building exercises, agility challenges, and fun activities designed to keep kids motivated and moving.
- Skill Development: From handstands and locomotion drills to gymnastics rings and beyond, students will master a variety of skills while improving balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and teamwork.
- Encouraging Environment: Led by skilled instructors, kids are inspired to challenge themselves, celebrate their progress, and embrace their unique abilities
