Kids Movement Class (4-7)
Fun, Energy and Skill-Building!
At TMC Kids, our Kids Movement Class is all about keeping kids active, engaged, and having a blast! Designed for 4- to 7-year-olds, this high-energy class ensures every child is moving for the entire 45 minutes while building skills and confidence. This class is done without Parent participation but you are welcome to stay and watch from the designated seated waiting area.
What to Expect
- Full-Throttle Fun: This isn’t just a workout – it’s an adventure! Each session is packed with exciting movement games, dynamic exercises, and energetic activities to keep kids motivated and moving nonstop.
- Skill Development: Students will improve their agility, balance, and coordination while mastering fun techniques like jumps, rolls, handstands, Gymnastic rings, and climbing. Every activity encourages teamwork, problem-solving, and confidence-building.
- Supportive and Inclusive Atmosphere: Our experienced instructors ensure every child feels welcomed, supported, and inspired to try new things and celebrate their achievements.
This class is perfect for kids who love to move, explore, and have fun while learning new skills. Whether they’re climbing, rolling, or jumping, they’ll leave with a smile on their face and a sense of accomplishment.
